A comfortable community featuring 1, 2, and 3 Bedroom Apartments.

Through the HUD rental assistance program, qualified residents generally pay approximately 30% of their adjusted monthly income toward rent, subject to program requirements. For households with very limited income, rent may be as low as $25 per month. HUD assistance covers the remaining approved rent amount, helping make quality housing affordable and accessible.

Apartment Features

Our apartments feature updated kitchens with granite countertops, new appliances, dishwashers and wonderful views of the countryside. Laundry facilities are located in every building.

NOTICE OF WAITING LIST CLOSURE

EFFECTIVE August 26th, 2024, Belle Courts Apartments will be closing the SECTION-8 waiting list for one-bedroom units and will not be taking applications.

We are experiencing anticipated waiting time in excess of one year and will resume taking applications once the wait time is estimated to be less than one year.

Our Tax-Credit waitlist remains open. Our two- and three-bedroom Section-8 waitlist is re-open.
